This is why we do what we do here at Hocus Pocus Comics! Matthew Laskavy is part of our next generation of readers, and being able to inspire him and young readers to explore new worlds through the medium of comics is exhilarating and deeply humbling!

As you can see, there is a quite a bit going on at Hocus Pocus Comics, so keep watching! 2018 started with a bang and we don’t see us slowing down anytime soon! As always, thank you for the tweets, retweets, shares, pledges, pre-orders, and likes! You guys rock!

God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen…

The year is quickly winding down, and 2011 will soon be gone! We are moving into our busy social time, so you will probably not hear from us until well into the new year. This is usually the time when people start reflecting on their lives – where they are, where they have been, and where they want to go. For us, it has been an incredible year – full of new projects, traveling, and family bonding. You know how New Year’s Eve goes: out with the old and in with the new. We are looking forward to 2012 and all it has to bring, including several exciting new projects!

We wish you a safe, blessed, and Merry Christmas!

As our special gift to you, just click the image below and get ready for some cozy KRAMPUS Christmastime love (okay, maybe not).

Signed Books

Don’t forget: if you still want to order signed copies of Howard Lovecraft and the Frozen Kingdom, drop us an email (howardlovecraft(dot)comic(at)gmail.com). They have gone quickly, and we only have a few books left.

The Lovecraft Anthology

SelfMade Hero has announced the March release of The Lovecraft Anthology: Volume II, which features an H.P. Lovecraft adaptation by Dwight and sensational artist Paul Peart-Smith. PS – You can certainly tell which parts Dwight added! Hahaha!

Adapting Sweet Lovecraft Horror

In a blog post yesterday, SelfMadeHero’s Dan Lockwood announced the names of the creators contributing to The Lovecraft Anthology Volume II.

Yes, you will find me on that talented roster.

Believe it or not, I was asked to adapt one of my favorite Lovecraft short stories, an ofttimes overlooked gem titled “HE.” I was also thrilled to learn that the story will be illustrated by the super-talented Paul Peart-Smith.

The first volume is available at book retailers, comic shops, and online stores worldwide and it is fabulous! So please be sure to pick up the first trade and pre-order the second volume when it is available. You will not regret it.

More exciting news very, very soon.
